Cash On Delivery Service

You can now order online and pay cash at your doorstep!

We now offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as an option for payment in your local currency “PKR”.

While placing your order, choose ‘Cash on Delivery’ as your preferred payment method. Print your order confirmation until you receive your order.

Please note:

• Cash on Delivery is available on Non Food and Food items delivered by Al-Fatah.
• Due to daily fluctuation in Dollar $, Product prices may vary and can be confirmed at the time of delivery.
• Fruits & Vegetables prices may vary for some areas/cities.
• Orders placed after 09:00 PM will be delivered in Next Day in selected cities (Lhr, Skt, Grw, Fsb, Isb,)

• Delivery Charges Policy

  With in City Deliveries:

  Flat Delivery Charges: PKR 199.

  Out-of-City Deliveries:

  Standard Delivery Charges: PKR 299, Including Packing Charges of PKR 50 for parcels weighing up to 3 kg.

  For parcels above 3 kg: Standard Delivery Charges of PKR 299 Including Packing Charges of PKR 50, and PKR 50 per additional kg.

  Order Timing:

  Last order time: 9:00 PM.

  Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be delivered the next day.

• Delivery of out of city order will take place in 3 to 5 working days.
• Order placed for Karachi will take 3 to 5 working days delivery time.
• Currently Perishable nature of item's will not be sent out of city.
• We don't allow/process bulk buying online as per company "SOPs".
• Upon delivery, the carrier will collect the due amount for the order total, including handling fees.
• Payment for COD will only be accepted in the local currency (PKR).
• Payments through COD, refunds and exchanges can be done at physical stores only. 
• We do not offer refund however in special cases we offer online store credit for the amount spent minus delivery charges. 
• We reserve the right to suspend, hold or cancel an order if we deem necessary
